Indoor Meetings
Indoor meetings are normally held on the first Monday of the month from October to April at Feniscowles Methodist Church, Preston Old Road, Blackburn, BB2 5ER. The Church is situated just before the Fielden Arms on Preston Old Road. See the map below for further details. Meetings start at 7.30pm and finish around 9.30pm.
Guest speakers give excellent photographic presentations at each meeting on birds of Britain and the World. Previous topics include 'Birds of Gambia', 'The Great Texas Coastal Birding Trail', 'Arctic Adventure' and 'A Shot of Wildlife'. See the current years programme below.

Refreshments are supplied half way through the presentation when there is also the opportunity to chat with other members, borrow a book or DVD from our Club Library, submit your bird sightings and buy some food for your garden birds. We also run a raffle with plenty of prizes at the end of the night.
Visitors are always welcome to attend (£2 admission for non members, refundable upon joining), we have members from a wide variety of backgrounds and ages.

How to find us
We meet at Feniscowles Methodist Church, Preston Old Road, Blackburn, BB2 5ER.
From Blackburn follow A674 Preston Old Road past Witton Country Park, through Cherry Tree and into Feniscowles. The Church is situated on the left opposite the Premier Convenience Store/Post Office and before the Fielden Arms.
From M65 Jnc 3 follow A674 Finnington Lane towards Blackburn, at the traffic lights turn right onto A674 Moulden Brow. Continue up the hill, cross the mini roundabout (1st exit) and the Church is on the right just after the Fielden Arms and opposite the Premiere Convenience Store.
Parking - Please park in the car park adjacent to the Church (plenty of spaces) or along Preston Old Road. Please enter the Church via the side door from the car park.
